My pick to win the US Open

I'm picking Tommy Fleetwood.
He's been playing well recently, with a series of high finishes in recent PGA Tour events, including a second-place finish.
The forecast is expected to be windy. Shinnecock Hills is out on the tip of Long Island, exposed to the wind in every direction. I think this might play like an Open, rather than a traditional US Open.
And for what it's worth, he finally won in the United States for the first time last Fall in the TOUR Championship. So, the "can't-win-on-US-soil" nonsense can be put to rest. He knows how to win.
Tommy Fleetwood also has the course record, 63, which he shot in the final round of the US Open when it was held last at Shinnecock in 2018.
