My office recently posted this piece about lifetime political gifts adn political contributions from trusts and estates.
One amusing point I like to make with folks is that the tax authorities will give you a hard time for donating just $20K to your own child, but you can give $20 million to a super PAC with no tax complication whatsoever. Go figure.
